When you request a withdrawal, we process it in two steps:
1. We refund your original payment (if possible)
We’ll first try to return part - or all - of the amount to the method you used to deposit.
This could be:
Credit card
Apple Pay
Venmo
PayPal
If your withdrawal matches past payments, the full amount may be refunded automatically.
This step is handled first and usually takes a few business days to show on your statement, depending on your provider.
2. We send the rest (if needed)
If there's any leftover winnings after the refund, here's how we send it:
In the U.S., via PayPal to the email on your account.
Outside the U.S.: you’ll choose between a gift card, including Amazon and other options available in your region, or a bank transfer (SWIFT code needed)
If we need more info to send your winnings, we’ll reach out by email.
Why am I being asked to verify my identity?
For some withdrawal requests over a certain amount, we may ask you to complete a quick digital ID check, also known as a KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
This usually takes less than 5 minutes and helps us keep the platform safe, secure, and free from fraud. We’ll walk you through it when needed - no action required unless prompted.
Need to know:
Most withdrawals are completed within 14 business days.
You can’t request another withdrawal while one is still in progress.
Make sure your PayPal email is correct - changes may be limited for security.
