Why do I have a withdrawal in progress?

Once you submit a withdrawal, you have 24 hours to cancel it through the game and get your bonus cash back.

When the 24-hour timer ends, the withdrawal is "In Progress" until the money is sent to your bank account.

During this period, you can't place another withdrawal. You will see the "In progress" button until the operator sends you the funds.

Once the money is sent out, the button will be released for future withdrawal.
