Why do I have a withdrawal in progress?

Once you request a withdrawal, it may stay in In Progress status while we prepare and process your payment.

During this time, you won’t be able to submit another withdrawal. The withdrawal button will unlock once your current request is fully processed and sent.

Withdrawal times can vary. Some withdrawals may be completed in as little as 20 minutes, while others may take up to 14 business days.

If you need to cancel a withdrawal, you can do so within the first 10 minutes after submitting your request. After that, the withdrawal can no longer be canceled, so please make sure you're ready to proceed before requesting a withdrawal.
