Why was my account suspended?

To ensure a safe environment for all players, our security team may impose suspensions for violations of our Terms of Service. 

Such violations may include using inappropriate nicknames, opening multiple accounts or opening and deleting accounts, using automation software or cheat designs, and other infractions outlined in our Terms of Service.
