If you can't see the cash in your balance after the deposit, the transaction didn't go through.
We are using MasterCard, Visa & Amex authorization. Unfortunately, we do not have any control if they accept it. Our recommendation is to try using that card, and if it doesn't go through, try again a few minutes later or try a different card.
Contact support in case of a pending transaction, and we will reverse it into your card. You'll see the cash back in your account in a few hours (it could be 1-2 days).
