Looking for a refund? Start with a withdrawal.
The fastest and most efficient way to get your money back is by submitting a withdrawal. If you haven’t used your deposit in any games, you can withdraw the full amount. If you’ve played, you can still withdraw whatever is left (cash and gems).
To do this, tap the Account tab in the bottom-right corner of the app and select Withdraw.

If you're unable to withdraw or have a special situation, contact us through the Support button on the Account page, or email support@gmstry.com. Please include your Player ID and a short message about your request.
In some cases, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
