Why didn't I get a pack?

Not all tournaments played have 100% of getting a puzzle piece. Some have less, so it makes sense if you don't get a puzzle pack when submitting a score to some of them.

Please tap the tournament info. You will find a small exclamation mark by the puzzle piece, and if you click on it, you will see the percentage of the chance of winning a puzzle pack.
